Against a direct-to-camera moment, her camera awareness becomes especially noticeable. It is another example of why her presence matters. With direct camera work, her expressions become especially noticeable, adding variety without losing continuity. Placed in a more playful scene, her self-assurance keeps the focus on her. The finished material feels more personal as a result.
